Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 August 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Wisemove AI Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Wisemove", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects personal data in connection with the website aaspaas.co and the services made available through it (the "Platform").

Wisemove is the Data Fiduciary in respect of that personal data for the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

This Policy states our practices specifically rather than in general terms. Where it states that we do not do something, that statement is intended as a commitment capable of being held against us.

1. Personal Data We Collect

We collect only such personal data as is necessary for the purposes described in clause 2. The categories are exhaustively stated below.

1.1Mobile number. Collected when you create an Account, and stored in a single normalised form. It constitutes your identifier on the Platform.

1.2Name. Collected only if you choose to provide it. Provision is optional, you are asked once, and an Account without a name remains fully functional.

1.3Approximate location. Collected only where you grant your browser's location permission. Coordinates are rounded to a precision of approximately 110 metres before transmission from your device, which is sufficient to identify a locality and insufficient to identify a building or address.

1.4Contact records. Where you use the contact facility on a Listing, we record the Vendor concerned, the date and time, and the page from which you proceeded.

1.5Launch requests. Where you ask to be notified of our launch in a locality, we record the mobile number you submit and the place you name, as free text.

1.6Technical data. Internet protocol address, browser and device type, and similar information transmitted by your browser in the ordinary course. A one-way cryptographic hash of the IP address is used to apply rate limits to publicly accessible forms.

2. Purposes and Lawful Basis

2.1Your mobile number is processed in order to create and authenticate your Account, and in order to establish that a request for introduction to a Vendor originates from an identifiable person.

2.2Your name, where provided, is processed in order to identify you to a Vendor you have chosen to contact.

2.3Your approximate location is processed in order to present results relevant to your locality.

2.4Contact records are processed in order to notify the Vendor of your request, to enable us to report to Vendors the sources from which their enquiries originate, and to investigate complaints made by either party.

2.5A number submitted with a launch request is processed for the sole purpose of sending one notification concerning that locality. It is not verified, is not used for any other communication, and is not added to any other record.

2.6Technical data is processed for the purposes of security, abuse prevention and the operation of the Platform.

2.7Processing is undertaken on the basis of the consent you give when accepting these documents and when granting the specific permissions described in clauses 1.3 and 3, and otherwise as permitted by the DPDP Act for the provision of a service you have requested.

3. Cookies

We use two cookies of our own. They are identified individually below, because a notice stating merely that a website uses cookies conveys nothing.

3.1A cookie recording the choice you make in the cookie notice, so that you are not asked again. This cookie is strictly necessary and is set irrespective of your choice.

3.2A cookie recording your locality, so that results open near you on a subsequent visit. This cookie is set only if you consent.

3.3You may change your cookie choice at any time.

4. Analytics

4.1Where you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate use of the Platform. Where you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all; no request is made and no data is transmitted.

4.2Where analytics is enabled, we transmit the path of the page viewed. We do not transmit the query string, with the consequence that terms you enter into the search facility are not disclosed to Google.

4.3We do not display advertising on the Platform and do not employ cross-site tracking, advertising identifiers or retargeting technologies.

5. Matters We Do Not Undertake

5.1We do not sell, rent, trade or licence your personal data, and we do not disclose it for the marketing purposes of any third party.

5.2We do not accept payments from Users and accordingly hold no card, bank account or payment instrument details. The Platform provides no facility for their submission.

5.3We do not publish your name, mobile number or activity on any publicly accessible page.

5.4We do not record an individual entry for each page view. Viewing statistics are maintained as aggregate daily counts and are not attributable to any User.

6. Disclosure of Personal Data

We disclose personal data only to the following categories of recipient, and only to the extent necessary:

6.1Communications that take place between you and a Vendor after an introduction occur directly between you and that Vendor, over WhatsApp. Those communications are not conducted through the Platform, are not visible to us, and are governed by the Vendor's own practices and by WhatsApp's terms.

  • the Vendor you elect to contact, to whom we disclose the fact of your request and your first name where provided, in order that the Vendor may respond to you;
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), which transmits one-time codes and Vendor notifications and accordingly processes your mobile number for that purpose;
  • our hosting, database and infrastructure providers, which process personal data on our instructions as Data Processors for the purpose of operating the Platform;
  • Google Analytics, where you have consented to analytics cookies;
  • any court, regulator, law-enforcement or other authority to which disclosure is required by law, and any person to whom disclosure is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

7. Retention

7.1Account data and contact records are retained for so long as your Account subsists. Contact records are retained because they evidence that an introduction occurred, and are necessary to the investigation of a complaint by either party.

7.2Aggregate viewing counts are retained indefinitely. They comprise numerical totals and not records relating to identifiable individuals.

7.3Launch-request numbers are retained until the relevant locality has launched, or until you request their deletion, whichever is earlier.

7.4Upon deletion of your Account, we erase or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, save where retention is required by law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim then subsisting.

8. Your Rights

8.1Under the DPDP Act you have the right to obtain a summary of the personal data we hold concerning you and of our processing activities; to seek its correction, completion or updating; to seek its erasure; to withdraw a consent previously given; and to nominate another person to exercise those rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

8.2Certain of those rights may be exercised directly and immediately through the Platform. Your account page displays the mobile number held, permits your name to be amended or removed, and permits termination of all active sessions. Your cookie choice may be revised at any time.

8.3All other requests should be addressed to the Grievance Officer at support@aaspaas.co. We shall respond within the period prescribed by applicable law.

8.4If you are dissatisfied with our handling of a request or complaint, you may make a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.

8.5Where you withdraw a consent on which processing necessary to the provision of a feature depends, that feature may cease to be available to you.

9. Security

9.1We employ reasonable security safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal data processed, including encryption in transit, access controls over our systems, and authentication by one-time code rather than by stored password.

9.2No system of electronic storage or transmission is entirely secure, and we make no representation that ours is. In the event of a personal data breach affecting you, we shall give notice to you and to the Data Protection Board of India as required by the DPDP Act.

10. Children

10.1The Platform is not directed at, and may not be used by, persons under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect the personal data of a child. If you believe that a child has created an Account, please notify us and we shall delete it.

11. Amendment of this Policy

11.1We may amend this Policy from time to time. The date stated at the head of this page identifies the version in force. Where an amendment requires your consent, we shall seek it rather than assume it.
